01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and RG777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the rg777.plus website, mobile application and all associated services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the RG777 platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.

These Terms are to be read alongside the RG777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and are available at their respective pages on this website.

02Eligibility & Age Verification

The RG777 platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit or participate in any game, bet or promotion on the platform. By completing registration, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

RG777 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point during your use of the platform. If verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, we may restrict or close your account and withhold any funds pending investigation.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register and play.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with RG777 or under an active cooling-off period.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf — accounts opened on behalf of another person are not permitted.

03Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the RG777 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name or another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and grounds for account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. RG777 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

Account registration and use of the RG777 platform is entirely personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account or any funds within it to any other party.

04Deposits & Payments

All transactions on the RG777 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit card and mobile wallets. Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account.

You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing using a payment account belonging to another person is not permitted and may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposit. RG777 conducts routine checks to verify that payment accounts match the registered account holder's details.

• Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet promptly after confirmation from the payment provider.
• RG777 does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made by bank transfer may take longer to reflect than mobile wallet deposits — typical processing time is displayed at the point of deposit.
• RG777 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit, particularly for larger amounts.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever practically possible. This policy is in place to maintain payment consistency and reduce fraud risk. If a withdrawal to the original method is not possible, our support team will work with you to arrange an alternative.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, RG777 may require you to complete identity verification. This typically involves providing a copy of a valid government-issued ID and may include proof of payment method ownership. Verification is a one-time process and does not apply to subsequent withdrawal requests once completed.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account at the time of the request.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are displayed at the point of request and vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals are only paid out to accounts that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by you before processing — cancelled funds return to your PKR wallet immediately.

RG777 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request while an investigation into account activity is in progress. In such cases, the account holder will be notified of the review and a reasonable timeline for resolution will be provided.

06Bonuses & Promotions

RG777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses and cashback rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are displayed alongside the offer in your account. These Terms provide the general framework within which all promotions operate.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all RG777 promotions:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount in PKR that must be wagered before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash — for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 20,000 must be wagered.
• Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages by game type are displayed in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the period specified in the promotion terms.
• One bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state that multiple bonuses can be combined.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be claimed by players operating under the instruction of another party.

RG777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a player has had a reasonable opportunity to use it, any credited bonus funds will be removed without replacement. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting across accounts, exploiting technical errors or coordinating with other accounts — will result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings and may result in account closure.

07VIP Programme

The RG777 VIP programme operates across six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite. VIP points are awarded automatically for every PKR wagered across all eligible game categories. Point accumulation thresholds for each tier are displayed in the VIP section of your account.

Cashback and reload bonuses are credited to your PKR wallet on the schedule specified for your current tier. Standard cashback does not require a manual claim — it is applied automatically at the end of each qualifying period. Higher-tier bonuses and reload offers may require acknowledgement within your account before they activate.

RG777 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, cashback rates and VIP benefits at any time with reasonable notice. Tier status is reviewed periodically and may be adjusted downward if qualifying wager volumes are not maintained over the review period. Diamond and Elite members will be notified by their dedicated account manager before any tier adjustment takes effect.

08Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the RG777 platform — including slot games, fish games, bingo, live casino and table games — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or equivalent live dealer mechanisms. Game outcomes are determined independently of player history, account status or wager size.

Individual game rules, payout structures and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including disconnection, server error or software failure — the round will be settled based on the last confirmed game state recorded by the platform server.
• Any wager placed and confirmed before a technical interruption is considered valid and will be settled accordingly.
• If a game result is disputed, the platform server log is the definitive record. Screenshots or device recordings are not accepted as evidence of game outcome.
• RG777 does not accept bets or wagers on games where a known outcome has already been determined — any such wager will be voided and the stake returned.

09Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on RG777 covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic tournaments — along with football, Esports and other international sports markets. All bets are settled in PKR and all odds are displayed in decimal format unless an alternative format is selected in your account settings.

• Pre-match bets are accepted up until the market closes for the relevant event, as indicated in the betting interface.
• Live in-play bets are accepted while markets are open during an ongoing match — markets may be suspended at any time at the platform's discretion during live events.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum qualifying period has been completed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your PKR wallet.
• For cricket matches, the minimum qualifying period is defined per market type and is displayed in the market terms within the betting section.
• RG777 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event result has been determined, regardless of whether the bet was accepted by the platform in error.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed within the betting interface. Bets that exceed the stated limit will be automatically reduced to the maximum accepted amount.
• Winnings from accumulator bets are calculated by multiplying the decimal odds of each selection. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated based on the remaining legs.

10Responsible Gaming

RG777 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The platform is designed for adult entertainment and we expect all players to approach it with a clearly defined personal budget — an amount in PKR you are entirely comfortable allocating to recreational gaming without financial strain.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all players directly within account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps that activate immediately. Limits can be reduced at any time and increases take effect after a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Set a time duration after which you receive a notification reminding you that you are still in an active session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, one week or longer.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period. Self-exclusion activates immediately from account settings and cannot be reversed before the selected period ends.

11Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the RG777 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account per person, household or shared device.
• Using a false identity, another person's identity or falsified documents during registration or verification.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors for financial gain — any winnings obtained through exploiting a technical fault are void.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets, interact with games or manipulate account activity.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any attempt to process illegally obtained funds through the platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game — particularly live casino table games — to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing bonus offers by creating multiple accounts, coordinating with other accounts or systematically exploiting promotional structures.
• Sharing account access with any third party or allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile or copy any part of the RG777 platform software or content.

12Account Suspension & Closure

RG777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at our discretion, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or cooling-off request.
• Any court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for other reasons, any verified legitimate balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method following completion of any pending verification steps.

13Privacy & Data

RG777 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and platform use is used solely for account management, transaction processing, verification, fraud prevention, customer support and platform improvement. RG777 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

14Limitation of Liability

The RG777 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure consistent availability and accurate game outcomes, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted, RG777 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss resulting from account suspension for breach of these Terms, or losses arising from your own decision to place bets or wagers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

15Changes to These Terms

RG777 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the updated Terms take effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal, security or fraud prevention reasons.

The effective date at the top of this page will be updated each time these Terms are revised. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
